Meet Kayleigh Clark

Born in Sumrall, Mississippi, Kayleigh Clark found her passion for music at a young age, first singing in church before stepping onto local festival and competition stages across her home state. With a natural gift for storytelling and a voice that resonates with honesty, she quickly earned recognition for her heartfelt performances and captivating stage presence.

Kayleigh first reached a national audience on Season 21 of American Idol, where she advanced to Hollywood Week and placed in the Top 55. Today, she’s based in Nashville, writing and performing songs that blend her country roots with soulful authenticity.

Her music reflects her journey and the people who shaped it. Her single Discounted, written by Adam Wheeler and Becca Rae, captures the spirit of growing up with big dreams in a small town. Her latest release, Growin’ Up, takes an even deeper step into her personal story—written by Kayleigh herself about her father’s struggle with alcoholism and the way it influenced her path. The song is a raw, honest look at her past and a powerful reminder of resilience and growth.

With a voice that’s as powerful as it is vulnerable, Kayleigh Clark is carving her place as one of country music’s most exciting rising artists.

Catch Kayleigh on the premiere of Season 28 of The Voice, September 22 on NBC and Peacock.
